What is a SARM?

A SARM is a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator.  This is a fancy way of saying that it binds to androgen receptors in the body in different tissues differently, and thus acts different than testosterone.  For instance most SARMs are marketed as a way to build muscle side effect free legally. But this isn’t the case.

S-4 is an older SARM. It has a 3:1 anabolic to androgenic ratio. THis isnt that good and is worse than many of the illegal drugs out there. SO people buy it thinking it’s legal. But it isn’t.

So using S-4 as a legal alternative to illegal drugs is unwise and illogical since it’s not legal! Since its not that specific for muscle you might as well use a real legal prohormone like 1-Andro. 1-Andro has a better anabolic to androgenic ratio than S-4 and its Legal. Additionally some vision disturbances have been reported with S-4, but this is likely because it’s cut with clomiphene when you get it on the black market.

Ostarine is another overhyped product. People are buying it because it’s being marketed as a legal alternative to prohormones. the irony is Ostarine is Illegal and the prohormones are the legal ones! How funny is that! All these gullible fools are buying something less effective and more harmful to your testicals than real steroids all because they think it is legal. When it doesn’t build muscle in human studies but 1/8th of a supposedly effective dose will cause some shutdown!

1-Andro is superior to both S-4 and Ostarine.  It causes more side effect free muscle gain, less shutdown and is LEGAL. Honestly there is nothing else to say on the matter, you would be a fool to use either of the other 2 illegal products over 1-andro unless being on the receiving end of a prison sentence sounds fun.

This makes it better in theory since you’re dodging the bullet on the worst side effect of winstrol.

Winstrol has been known to cause hair loss in about 50% of men, the same 50% that were going to lose their hair any way, but Wi is dosed appropriately enough that a 4 or 8 week cut cycle will cause minimal hair loss if any, even if you’re the genetically predisposed 50%.
And after your 4 or 8 week cut with Wi you may benefit using Rise and Swell post cycle for 4 weeks.  This returns any loss of natural testosterone back to normal or above!

Aromatase Inhibitors

Around 2003 the World Changed

Breast cancer awareness was very strong 15 years ago and most people knew that breast cancer was often treatable by using estrogen blockers. This of course didn’t stop women from getting uterine cancer from the estrogen binding to the endometrium though. That was the big downfall of the main treatment at the time; theSERM tamoxifen (Nolvadex). Tamoxifen seemingly caused one cancer by curing another. But that’s not the truth. By stopping and inhibiting breast growth by binding to the estrogen receptor on the breast there was just that much more estrogen in circulation.

So how did the world change? Aromatase inhibitors (AIs) were developed. Now, instead of just gumming up the receptor like a bandaid we now could stop the body from MAKING estrogen from testosterone.

Aromatase Inhibitors and Bodybuilding

So how does this affect you, a guy? AIs can stop testosterone from converting to estrogen, as I just showed you. This means neither your natural testosterone, anabolic steroids, nor prohormones will be broken down into the ‘anti-test’ estrogen when you’re on an AI.

Why is this important? Estrogen not only counteracts the effects of testosterone, it stops your body from making it!

The main point of a man using an AI post cycle is to stop estrogen from stopping testosterone production. By stopping your body from making estrogen through using an AI, you stop the estrogen from turning off your testosterone production. Now, using the estrogen blocker Tamoxifen, you will give the opposite signal of normal estrogen on the pituitary and turn ON testosterone production (as a secondary effect of LH release)!

Fat Loss Tips!

Not everyone is ready for a structured diet. Some people just want a gentle nudge in the right direction so they will feel more confident about themselves this summer WHEN they are required to take their shirt off. I compiled this list of the best fat loss tips for you. These the things I did when I was way to lazy to work a real diet, but I wanted to maximize my self confidence.

Tip #1) Every Meal Should Have Protein

Protein means “most important” and is what you need. People who don’t lift weights can get away with 0.8 g /Kg or about 60 g of protein a day, but people slashing their carbs need more protein than that and so do lifters. For people who REALLY want to make progress with fat loss they are usually eating 1-1.5 g of protein per pound of body weight.

Tip #2) Vegetables are Filler

Vegetables are not nutritions. There is very little to them other and water. Yes they have vitamins, but so does meat and we absorb way more vitamins from meat than vegetables.

Tip #3) Fruit Turns to Fat

Unless you use the sugar (because fruit is just a vegetable with sugar) in fruit right away it turns to fat. The sugar in fruit does not spike your insulin like starches and man made food does, so it doesn’t shut off fat burning, The extra sugar you’re not using can’t be stored as starch in the muscle called glycogen, it has to be stored as fat or refill liver glycogen.

There are only 2 times its logical to have fruit.

Tip #4) Drinking Water

You can drink as little as 64 oz a day in theory but thats not if your working out, on creatine, or losing fat. In those cases you need 1-2 gallons of water a day. Between this and the veggies you won’t be full and you should be pooping every morning.

Vegan Diet: A Flawed Fad

The Vegan diet isn't the dumbest diet out there but it is flawed none the less. The argument is that your healthier and live a longer life if you eat a vegan diet. Thats a diet devoid of any animal products. It worked for the Elves of Rivendell why not humans right?

I did not attempt to corroborate or disprove the ideas postulated by the vegans, I accepted them at their word. You see, It isn't necessary to say “you're wrong”, what they claim is so not worth the drawbacks. It is quite clear that the diet isn't worth the effort or side effects. 

The number one benefit, the one all other benefits lead to is extended life span. The average Vegan lives 3-6 years longer than a non vegan. SO WHAT!!! Who cares about 3-6 years when the price is so enormous.

They actually advertise the fact that there is no cholesterol or body odor as if those are benefits. Clearly they only repeat what they read on the internet or learned from remedial science classes.

Cholesterol is an essential part of your diet. The body will make its own but only about 45% of what it needs, the part that gets shafted is sex hormone production. All your steroid hormones are made from cholesterol, want higher testosterone? consume more animal fat and cholesterol. In the absence of cholesterol there is a decrease in sex hormones and thus decrease in sexual drive, sexual function and you guessed it, adult body odor. Adult body odor from the apocrine glands carry with it pheromones. Pheromones attract members of the opposite sex if you have the right “chemistry” for each other.

In a nutshell this means by eating vegan you get these amazing benefits:

Mithras

Mithras is one of many methylated oral anabolic steroids which has been marketed as a prohormone to teens and young adults. Its original name was Dimethandrostenol and it is one of many steroids which were developed but never made it into production in the 1960’s. Because these steroids were never made by the pharmaceutical companies which manufactured them they were not in use when the US government chose to ban anabolic steroids. In the US however the drugs have to be banned individually. Since none of these drugs existed as more than ideas on paper they weren't banned. In modern day many of these prototypes that never made it to production are in production now and marketed as prohormones. They are not prohormones however, they are anabolic steroids. And not just any anabolic steroids, methylated oral anabolics, the only really dangerous ones.

Every couple years one of these is banned but Mithras, Persian God of War, is still at large and in circulation.

Halovar Review

Halovar is nothing more than a halodrol clone. It is a methylated steroid marketed as a prohormone. It is marketed as legal but it is not legal, It is illegal. It is 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1, 4-diene-3-17b-diol. This is basically a Halogen version of a methylated boldenone.

The chlorine atom bound to position 4 makes it a weak binder to the androgen receptor, the 1,4 diene is indicative of the boldenone family of anabolic steroids. After 5 alpha reduction it would convert to 1-testosterone except for the chlorine molecule. Because of the Methylation of carbon 17 it is harmful to your liver and causes increased bloating. this increased bloating is hard on your blood pressure and incidentally your kidneys and heart.

Methyl-1 Test Overview

Methyl-1-Test AKA methyl-1-testosterone AKA M-1-T is nothing more than 17 alpha Methylated 1-testosterone. It is not a prohormone but actually a illegal anabolic steroid. It is far and away more powerful than injectable testosterone. But there is a legal alternative to M-1-T! 1-Androstenolone AKA 1-Andro AKA 1-AD is the new black. It is a prohormone that is legal and non methylated so its safe! 1-Andro like M-1-T converts to 1-Test in the liver and is not liver toxic like M-1-T.

1-Testosterone is the holy grail of muscle building. Like testosterone it binds to the androgen receptor but it is far more potent. Additionally it is already 5 alpha reduced so it can't convert to DHT or estrogen. This means all the side effects people think steroids give you dont happen. It has far less shutdown than standard testosterone as well since estrogen and DHT are the agents of natural testosterone shutdown.

Sleep Is Important!

Do you want to Learn faster? Burn more fat? Build more muscle? Look better? feel better? live longer? be happier? Have better social skills? Preform better in bed? Preform better in the gym? get taller? Ok it won't make you taller, but there is one thing that will do all these things...SLEEP!

That’s right, sleep is a free, fun, and the key to a better life.  Ever notice how great you feel after a full night of uninterrupted sleep? I know I do.  Melatonin is a hormone that is released when it gets dark and it drives you into a deep sleep. It comes from the pineal gland, located in the back of your skull.  This knocks you out and after about 4 hours of sleep you get dreams that encode your experiences into permanent memories. Additionally when you sleep growth hormone is released. This burns fat for you while you sleep and helps you grow more muscle. Growth hormone slows the aging process so having more growth hormone will keep you younger longer.

Its called beauty sleep for a reason.  We all look better well rested, who wants dark circles around their eyes? I for one am far less patient with stupid questions when I'm tired.  Having a full nights sleep makes it allot easier to interact with dense people.  As far as sexual and athletic performance, more sleep means more energy for the important things in life.

H-DRL

H-Drol is the street name for 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4- diene-3-17b-diol, AKA Halodrol 50 a prohormone to the Illegal steroid Turinabol. The name stems from the halogen gas chlorine at carbon number 4. as a 1,4 diene it behaves like an oral version of Boldenone AKA Equipoise: very mild. Although unlike EQ, there is no estrogen conversion. This means there is lean mass gains but no water bloat or other major side effects like the extra harsh M-Drol. It would be perfect but there is some liver toxicity from the 17 methylation like any oral steroid. Unfortunately it binds poorly to the androgen receptor, so it may not actually add anything when added to a stack with stronger steroids.

A legal and safe prohormone, H-DRL is available still and has not been banned yet.

M-DROL Vs. M-DRL

M-Drol was the reincarnation of Superdrol, a highly toxic anabolic steroid mistaken for a prohormone. M-Drol was banned in 2012 for its harsh effects on the liver and cardiovascular system. It was popular because up until recently it was legal and over the counter. M-Drol would put 15 pounds of water on very quickly, storing the water in the muscle so it looked like real gains. However, as soon as you discontinued its use the water would leave the muscles and the gains would be lost. Unfortunately the compound stayed in the system for weeks and there was continued damage to the liver and cardiovascular system. This is on top of the normal side effects of hair loss, acne, and suppression of natural testosterone production.

The totally legal and safe alternative M-DRL has not been banned yet!
