Halovar Review

Halovar is nothing more than a halodrol clone. It is a methylated steroid marketed as a prohormone. It is marketed as legal but it is not legal, It is illegal. It is 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1, 4-diene-3-17b-diol. This is basically a Halogen version of a methylated boldenone.

The chlorine atom bound to position 4 makes it a weak binder to the androgen receptor, the 1,4 diene is indicative of the boldenone family of anabolic steroids. After 5 alpha reduction it would convert to 1-testosterone except for the chlorine molecule. Because of the Methylation of carbon 17 it is harmful to your liver and causes increased bloating. this increased bloating is hard on your blood pressure and incidentally your kidneys and heart.

Methyl-1 Test Overview

Methyl-1-Test AKA methyl-1-testosterone AKA M-1-T is nothing more than 17 alpha Methylated 1-testosterone. It is not a prohormone but actually a illegal anabolic steroid. It is far and away more powerful than injectable testosterone. But there is a legal alternative to M-1-T! 1-Androstenolone AKA 1-Andro AKA 1-AD is the new black. It is a prohormone that is legal and non methylated so its safe! 1-Andro like M-1-T converts to 1-Test in the liver and is not liver toxic like M-1-T.

1-Testosterone is the holy grail of muscle building. Like testosterone it binds to the androgen receptor but it is far more potent. Additionally it is already 5 alpha reduced so it can't convert to DHT or estrogen. This means all the side effects people think steroids give you dont happen. It has far less shutdown than standard testosterone as well since estrogen and DHT are the agents of natural testosterone shutdown.

Sleep Is Important!

Do you want to Learn faster? Burn more fat? Build more muscle? Look better? feel better? live longer? be happier? Have better social skills? Preform better in bed? Preform better in the gym? get taller? Ok it won't make you taller, but there is one thing that will do all these things...SLEEP!

That’s right, sleep is a free, fun, and the key to a better life.  Ever notice how great you feel after a full night of uninterrupted sleep? I know I do.  Melatonin is a hormone that is released when it gets dark and it drives you into a deep sleep. It comes from the pineal gland, located in the back of your skull.  This knocks you out and after about 4 hours of sleep you get dreams that encode your experiences into permanent memories. Additionally when you sleep growth hormone is released. This burns fat for you while you sleep and helps you grow more muscle. Growth hormone slows the aging process so having more growth hormone will keep you younger longer.
Its called beauty sleep for a reason.  We all look better well rested, who wants dark circles around their eyes? I for one am far less patient with stupid questions when I'm tired.  Having a full nights sleep makes it allot easier to interact with dense people.  As far as sexual and athletic performance, more sleep means more energy for the important things in life.

Foods To Avoid

If I was the supreme dictator of planet earth i would do a few things; Burn all the Planet Fitnesses to the ground, fix the potholes, and make education and nutrition a higher priority than warmongering and reality TV.

Lets focus on nutrition. In America the foods that are marketed to people, specifically women, are toxic and should be avoided. Gluten, Dairy, and Sugar are not good for humans as they are all man made processed foods.

Diary


Milk is relatively pure, but its from cows for cows. Dairy consumption is how little cows become big cows. Do you want to be a big cow? No? Then quit consuming dairy.


Dairy is made up of lactose, a sugar, whey protein and casein protein. And blood, piss, puss and cow feces. Sounds delicious right?


So even if you can digest lactose, the casein isnt that digestible, and is linked to autism.


Cows milk has very little whey; 22% of the protein comes from whey.


Gluten


Gluten is a protein found in wheat. It is not digestible in humans without the release of a special enzyme that also digests the intestines themselves! Now that you have holes in your intestines feces leaks into your bloodstream causing your immune system to act out and autoimmune diseases result, along with many other problems.



Sugar


This applies to processed sugar like sucrose and natural sugar like fruit. Sugar is good for one thing; gaining weight. Do you want to gain weight? Then consume sugar.


Sugar and all other carbs to a lesser extent increase insulin. Insulin is a growth hormone that grows muscle after a workout, and fat cells the rest of the day. If you have any tumors in your body, specifically brain tumors it will grow those as well. Insulin will stop fat burning, so if someone is eating carbs all day trying to lose weight they won’t lose as much fat as if they just had all their carbs for the day after their workout.


Fruit and honey are the worse than people think. They are primarily water and fructose. Fructose does not spike insulin like other sugars but it is a pentose, not a hexose. Thus it cannot convert to glycogen and if it isn’t used for energy then it is stored as fat insulin present or not.
