Prohormones Side Effects Video

By Todd Lee M.D.

Prohormones are compounds that turn into either testosterone or anabolic steroids in your liver. Prohormones have the same side effects as the hormones they turn into. however methylated prohormones are worse for your because the 17 alpha methylation used to protect the drug from your liver does some stress damage to your liver.

For the most part all prohormones work like testosterone. Some are dry and don't convert to estrogen and some are wet and do convert to estrogen. Almost all side effects come from the testosterone molecule converting to either DHT or estrogen. 1-Androstenolone does not convert to either and is virtually purely anabolic: devoid of any estrogenic or androgenic properties and side effects. If you want a virtually side effect free prohormone 1-Androstenolone is what you're looking for.

When you take a hormone into your body your body stops producing that hormone. When you use prohormones your body stops making testosterone. If you use an anti estrogen while using your prohormone cycle your body can be tricked into continuing to make testosterone. If you use hCG or D-Aspartic Acid while on cycle you can actually boost natural testosterone production.

The side effects of Hair loss, aggression, Strength, acne, increased blood pressure, and decreased HDL all come from DHT. Prohormones that don't convert to DHT like Decavol and 1-Androstenolone won't have these side effects.

The side effects of breast development and bloated wet look comes from testosterone converting to estrogen. antagonizing the enzyme aromatase will prevent these side effects. For dry prohormones that don't convert to estrogen use 1-androstenolone, epiandro, and/or 17 proandro.
